Trust, Threaten, Torture

Trust, threaten, torture, a practise that most people use. A trust between people is a very delicate thing. To some people, once the trust is established, both parties place a high level of faith onto each other. Once it's broken, it may never be there again. Why threaten? It may be due to the fear that you are unable to get something done and stressed out by the consequences. How many times have we heard "if you don't do this, I will complain to the higher authority", or something along the line. Torture, well, it explains itself. Surely, this sequence of event is a bad one. Why would people resort to this. Or do they have no choice. Well, they definitely have a choice, a different path. However, to most, this is an easy way to get things done. Yet, it is unclear why people would venture out of the first T. If they are able to fulfil their task, and hence keeping the trust, there would not be a need to proceed to the second T. Nevertheless, some people have no choice if they are in the web of it.
