Looking at the menu between ala carte and buffet, buffet is definitely a wiser choice.
The first dish: Bean sprout. Though a simple dish, it was done perfectly and not too salty.

Agedeshi tofu: Beautifully fried skin. Soft tofu in a sauce that's a tad too bland.
Potato salad: I almost thought I ordered ice cream as I looked at this pretty little creation and it tasted not bad too.
Sashimi platter: A platter of maguro, squid etc. A pity though because I have quite a high expectation after Fann Wong's review on it. It failed to deliver its promise.
Shiitake: Ingenious. Salted and grilled. Wonderful snacks.
Fried chicken curry rice: Average.
Of course, these are just a small part of the two page buffet menu. Its enjoyable variety definitely justified the price. Perhaps more work on its service side.
