Synopsis:
I think it was set in the Qing dynasty where an ex-general (Jet Li) and two bandits (Andy Lau and Takeshi Kaneshiro) swore to escape the poor fates that they were in. By pledging loyalty to the court, they fought with what little soldiers they had. No doubt that they took a blood oath, their own principles drove them apart.
Review:
A splendid performance by the actors. At times the zoom in on Takeshi can be daunting, especially when he kept repeating that Big bro was right. The fighting scenes were good. The plot was a little heavy. Definitely worth watching.
