@ Keisuke Tokyo

E and I met for lunch at Keisuke, Suntec City Mall. Each Keisuke restaurant has a different style and this restaurant is definitely more spacious (thankfully). Other than the old-time favourite Tonkotsu, there is also crab-based and fish-based soup. The crab-based soup is full of umami and light while the fish-based stock boiled from Niboshi was really good.

Keisuke

Free flow of yummy, crunchy beansprouts

Ramen Dog
(Creative but average)

Gyoza
(Decent but could be juicier)

Niboshi ramen
(Very well balanced)

All in all, Keisuke lives up to expectation and I will gladly visit this branch for the unique ramen and the spacious setting.
