Don't have time

I came across an article that was criticising people who tell others that they don't have time. The argument was that the person is lazy and unable to manage his time well. In addition, he is not willing to sacrifice his time for others. Reading his argument, I have to agree his point of view. Time management is indeed important. However, I doubt anyone who has not used that phrase before as an excuse.
