Mantis shrimp sushi

A new menu excites the taste bud from its possibilities. One item that caught my attention was the mantis shrimp sushi. I was really curious about its taste and had to order it. I have to say it had a very umami and the texture was tough. Not my liking but it's worth trying out. Thankfully, Itacho has many other good sushi.
