Still a few weeks early from my birthday, but who is to complain for a wonderful treat from close friends at The Clifford Pier, Fullerton Bay Hotel.

The mains were decent, especially the fries. However, the desserts really stole the show. The French toast was fluffy but retained the crispy exterior. Its accompaniment of peanut butter ice cream was surprisingly light and delicious. The kopi-o ice cream was equally light and reminiscent of the kopiko sweet.
Chilling at the spacious and well-lit Fullerton Bay hotel was simply wonderful.
