@ Grub

A sudden yearning for brunch brought us to Bishan Park's Grub. I love how all these restaurants are springing up in a beautiful location. However, if you think that Grub will be lacking in business, you will be very wrong about it. We went around lunch and the place was packed to the point where we had to take a queue number. Pretty good service on that.

Citrus-y beer

Thankfully we were seated indoors where we get to have the air-con while enjoying the scenery. Nonetheless, nothing a cool beer couldn't solve. Service was fast as the orders were taken on their Samsung tab.

Grub Breakfast Set ($15)

The breakfast set came with a choice of beef patty or pork sausage. We chose the beef patty, which turned out to be a really good decision. The patty tasted quite different from others and was yummy.

Crispy Fish Burger ($11)

I ordered the crispy fish burger which was supposed to be made of hake fish. However, the waitress explained that they were not satisfied with the size of their supplies and decided on pollock instead. I like how the course sea salt on the fish contrasted with the sweet mayo. Wonderful combination. The fries were a wonderful delight as well.
